Speeding ticket in Yonkers City Court, December 2010

Our client was charged with an 8 point speeding ticket in Yonkers City Court. The client had another legal matter pending and needed to have his Yonkers speeding ticket resolved immediately. The Court had not yet set a date for his pre-trial conference. We were able to have his court date in Yonkers City Court set within one week. We then had his 8 point speeding ticket reduced to an unclassified, non-moving violation carrying no points.
